Working Experience

Has been teaching at the Acting Department of the Central Academy of Drama since his graduation in 1995, and has done his research work along with his teaching during these years. Was once the Dean of the Acting Department, and responsible for administrative management of the Acting Department, was also involved in the teaching innovation and artistic creation when he taught at the Acting Department.
